Our goal is twofold: 1) to leverage our clients’ intellectual property portfolio through commercial transactions rather than litigation, to maximize its value and provide for an income stream of royalties and, by doing so, 2) to bring this intellectual property to licensees after market research and valuation analyses to add value to the licensee’s business. Focusing on commercial transactions versus litigation saves both our client and the licensee time and money that can instead be invested elsewhere in the company. We utilize litigation as a last resort because IP partnership should be built on trust, relationship, and mutual value.
